Constitution of the Radical Republicans Caucus

CONSTITUTION OF THE RADICAL REPUBLICANS

I - PREAMBLE
To uphold the Constitution of the United States of America in full, to end the treasonous conspiracy of the globalist imperialist American deep state, and to do justice to all mankind, we refound the Radical Republican caucus of the Grand Old Party in our times. In this deep hour of crisis, it is the hope of we the undersigned that our once and present caucus might lead a process of industrial, agricultural, economic, and environmental renewal for all the lands and citizens of America, and for the victims of globalism around the world.

II - POLITICAL SUPERSTRUCTURE
a. Sovereign political power within the Radical Republicans flows from the membership and resides in the Secretariat.
b. The Secretariat is a democratic centralist legislature composed of two delegates from every associated organization, and two delegates from every state and territory of the Union.
c. The Secretariat shall elect from its membership every year in the second Friday of September a General Secretary, who can guide legislative debate, call and oversee votes, and propose candidates for caucus office for ratification by a majority of the Secretariat, including a Vice General Secretary and a Secretary of Education, and any other such offices as might require filling, and may delegate these responsibilities at will by mutual consent.
d. The General Secretary shall also similarly lead an executive body, the Central Committee, composed of themselves, every other Secretary, and anyone else chosen by a majority of the body to join them for that year's September-to-September session.
e. The Central Committee shall make decisions of expediency and minor importance on behalf of the Secretariat, and represent the Secretariat in talks with other organizations before referring any binding agreements to majority vote in the Secretariat.
f. All subjects raised before the Secretariat and Central Committee shall be resolved by the principles of democratic centralism. All points of view should be aired, commonalities and compromise found between them wherever practicable. After an initial period of negotiation between the delegates, the General Secretary shall call a vote between all remaining proposals, to be conducted on the basis of ranked choice voting. After a majority of the respective body chooses a single proposal, it passes into effect automatically; if a minority of a body is present and unanimously chooses a single proposal, the General Secretary may pass it into effect.
g. This document, once entered into force, may only be modified by a two-thirds majority of the entire body of the Secretariat.
h. The Secretariat or Central Committee may see fit to create associated organizations. Each such organization shall be headed by a duly-elected Secretary, send two delegates to the Secretariat, and be subordinate to the Secretariat.
i. Separate organizations, upon mutual consent between them and the Secretariat, may enter into association with the Radical Republicans. Such associated organizations are not subordinate to the Secretariat, but may send two delegates to the Secretariat so long as mutual consent for the association remains.

III - VALUES
a. The Radical Republicans caucus is a big tent open to the support, ideas, and input of every opponent of liberal globalist imperialism, but shall operate in the main according to Marxist-Lincolnist theory in pursuit of Marxist-Lincolnist praxis.
b. Specifically, the Republican Party is the historical vanguard party of the workers of the United States, and a conservative-populist coalition elected on an anti-imperialist minimum platform is the only proper first step towards resolving America's and the world's problems. Belief in any ideology that supports the territorial breakup of the United States of America, or the secession of any portion thereof, is inconsistent with membership or voting rights in the Radical Republicans.
c. Though we do not expect any similar commitments from our ideological enemies, the Radical Republicans are firmly committed to upholding the law and the United States Constitution. We resolutely reject left adventurism, right adventurism, and terrorism of all kinds. Our struggle is a peaceful and democratic one, and the constitutional government of the United States of America is the sole rightful possessor of the monopoly on violence on American soil.
d. We reject idealism and utopianism, but strive to create a new coalition between different groups of workers based on each of our groups helping the others acheive their objectives wherever they do not clash with their own.
e. Though zombie Reaganism has failed, its replacement must still accord with fundamental conservative and libertarian values as much as possible in order to be accepted by the broad masses of American workers. Its replacement must also make broad-based economic prosperity possible for every American citizen willing to work, instead of waging war on working families and the Third World and scapegoating its victims with social Darwinist platitudes.
f. We reject, therefore, both the capitalist class of liberal plutocrats, and the government ownership of the means of production. Our socialism is not big government socialism nor welfare state socialism, but the direct worker ownership of the means of production. We aspire to an economy whose commanding heights are collectively owned by its own workers, whose collectives compete with each other in a democratically-regulated free market. The workers deserve the entire value they create, and their income should not be taxed away by liberal Davos welfare queens. The natural entrepreneurial spirit of American labor should not be unnecessarily stifled by bureaucracy.
g. We encourage those of our members with the means to do so to create collective enterprises in their areas and enter them into association with the Radical Republicans. Our political work begins in providing work and the necessities of life to those in need in our own communities, and by developing collective resilience to the liberal rich, we can build our political power and assist and organize our communities at the same time. We cannot wait for the assumption of state power to help our neighbor.
h. As much of the culture war is instigated by the deep state to instigate hatreds among us, we believe in a culture truce among us in order to fight the class war against the deep state.

IV - AMENDMENTS
a. Whereas the practice of polyamory prevalent on the modern left has committed scientifically documented harm against the proper development of children, and whereas this practice also destroys the family, the cornerstone of America and all other countries, the modern practice of polyamory is inconsistent with membership or voting rights in the Radical Republicans. This amendment does not forbid the adherents or practitioners of any genuine religious tradition that practices polygamy or polyandry from membership or voting rights in this organization.
